Routine Package-Property Checks
Our Routine Package provide a comprehensive review of both the interior and
exterior of your home. We check for any signs of damage, vandalism, or maintenance issues. You’ll receive a detailed report after each visit, ensuring you’re always informed about the condition of your property.

$75.00 per visit (once a week)
$280.00 per month for “four” visits
Premium Package-Property Checks
Upgrading to the Premium Package offers everything in our Routine Package, but a higher level of confidence, faster response times, and personalized care, ensuring your home is always in expert hands.

$60.00 per visit (twice a week)
$460.00 per month for “eight” visits
